the breakfast was fresh and it included good linen. it was acceptable.
the air-conditioning was not on i found. instead, the heating was on, despite the mild weather. as a result, my bedroom was hot and uncomfortable. i asked for a fan, but the hotel did not keep them .

the hotel's location was convenient (close to gare de lyon). i also appreciated that the staff recognized me from a previous visit, it was a nice welcome. the room on the fifth floor was spacious, an upgrade from what i expected. the bed was comfortable, and the separate luggage area helped keep things organized.
the air conditioning system was not working, it made the room uncomfortably warm even with the windows open.

the hotel offers easy access to various attractions. the train station is a short walk away. a supermarket and good restaurants are located nearby (it's all very convenient).

the reception staff was friendly and helpful. they offered support . the night porter gave me instructions on getting breakfast before the usual hours. two receptionists spoke portuguese.

the breakfast was good with a great variety of food and drinks.
The air conditioning was not working. Instead, the heating was on. i asked about controlling the temperature, but i was told it wasn't possible. when i requested a fan, i was informed the hotel didn't provide them, quite disappointing.
