staff are very kind. i enjoyed the water fountain located in reception. i find location fantastic because it's near both gare de lyon and bastille and next to the start of the paris couloir verte. the hotel is very comfortable and clean.
the air conditioning did not work and the room was too hot. they told me they dont have fans.

the breakfast buffet include art displayed in the dining area. it make for stylish surroundings. i saw plenty of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. this made for a good evening walk.

The reception staff had excellent language skills. The location was outside the busy center (which was a plus for me), but close to Bastille metro. There were also some good bistros nearby for evening meals. (I really enjoyed the local cuisine!).

I found the staff very helpful . the hotel provided a nice sized elevator, convenient. the breakfast offered good options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh bread. the location was excellent, being close to the bastille metro.
the lack of a bar for an evening drink was slightly disappointing, though not a major issue.

the air-conditioning was not on i found. instead, the heating was on, despite the mild weather. as a result, my bedroom was hot and uncomfortable. i asked for a fan, but the hotel did not keep them .

the hotel's location was convenient (close to gare de lyon). i also appreciated that the staff recognized me from a previous visit, it was a nice welcome. the room on the fifth floor was spacious, an upgrade from what i expected. the bed was comfortable, and the separate luggage area helped keep things organized.
the air conditioning system was not working, it made the room uncomfortably warm even with the windows open.

the hotel offers easy access to various attractions. the train station is a short walk away. a supermarket and good restaurants are located nearby (it's all very convenient).

the breakfast was good with a great variety of food and drinks.
The air conditioning was not working. Instead, the heating was on. i asked about controlling the temperature, but i was told it wasn't possible. when i requested a fan, i was informed the hotel didn't provide them, quite disappointing.
